How To Make A Group Reservation
- Read through this guide to familiarize yourself with the field trip options.
- Determine what your timeframe is and what you would like to accomplish while you are here. Will you be taking a class?
- Call (319) 363-4629 to reserve the date, arrival time and specified class. Please be prepared to let us know the class times and number of students and chaperones attending.
- Visit our web site at www.sciencestation.org to access museum information.
- Within one week, you will receive your confirmation letter. Check it carefully, if anything needs to be changed or corrected, call the Science Station immediately.
- Make payment arrangements with your school business office in order to assure your payment is received before or on your arrival date. Make sure to call our reservation office prior to sending your payment to make any necessary changes to your number of guests. Purchase orders are accepted.
- Select one representative from your group to check in with our admissions staff. You will be given directions from one of our staff on where to assemble your group and any other information regarding your trip.
- Enjoy your visit! Now it’s time to explore, discover, test and create!
